1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (“Offer”) is an official proposal of Cold Fix (the “Provider”) to conclude a Service Agreement with any individual or business (“Client”) under these terms.
1.2. The Offer is valid from the Effective Date until cancelled.
2. Subject of Agreement
2.1. The Provider offers repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and related air conditioner services.
2.2. Services are provided at the Client’s location upon request and confirmation.
3. Formation of Agreement
3.1. The Agreement is formed when the Client:
- Submits a request via website, phone, or email
- Receives confirmation from the Provider
3.2. This acceptance constitutes a binding contract.
4. Rights and Obligations
Provider Obligations:
- Provide services professionally and on time
- Use appropriate tools and materials
Client Obligations:
- Pay for services as agreed
- Provide access to equipment
5. Payment and Pricing
5.1. Pricing is defined in a written cost estimate.
5.2. Payment is due upon completion or per agreed terms.
6. Warranty
6.1. A warranty applies only to completed work and installed parts.
6.2. Warranty terms are specified in the estimate.
7. Liability
7.1. Parties are responsible for damages caused by breach of terms.
7.2. Provider liability is limited by the cost of services.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy on remont-kond.site.
9. Applicable Law
This Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
